  • Rapid Prototypes
    Rapid Prototypes

To make rapid prototypes is a good way to test your ideas and even get user feedbacks without having to move into production at once, especially when you are not quite sure about the dimensions, the assembling to fit other parts, etc. In this way, you can save a lot of time, energy, and money by encoutering and solving problems well BEFORE your final product is developed and released. You know, tooling for production is almost the biggest investment for a new project. Usually, rapid prototypes are made out of ABS, by CNC Machining, 3D printer or SLA/SLS.

  • Low Volume Production
Low Volume Production ( Bridge Tooling )

When you do not need the parts in large quantity, bridge tooling, soft tooling, low volume production, pilot production, semi-production ( no matter what you name it) is a great alternative, which is far more cost effective than steel tooling for high volume mass production. It also allows the grouping of similar components within a family tool, yielding greater cost savings. This kind of molds are usually made of softer material, such as: Aluminum, 45# Steel, 50# Steel, P20, etc.

  • Plastic Injection Mold Making
  • Plastic Injection Mold Making

We are reliable plastic injection mold making factory in China. We service all major markets, including electronics, consumer, medical, packaging, sports, industrial, lighting and automotive, etc. Below is the basic injection mold making process in our company: 1, part design review for free 2, mold design 3, material purchasing 4, mold making process by CNC, EDM, Milling machine, line cutting machine, polishing, etc. 5, mold test / Tryout 6, send samples by courier.

  • Custom Injection Moulding
  • Custom Injection Moulding

We also do custom injection moulding after the mould is completed. Plastic injection moulding is the most common modern method for manufacturing plastic parts, especially when the parts require a high tolerance precision, and a high volume. Parts to be injection moulded must be very carefully designed to facilitate the moulding process; the material used for the part, the desired shape and features of the part, the steel of the mould, the radius of the part, the mold draft, the parting line, undercuts, and the properties of the moulding machine must all be taken into account.

  • Injection Molded Parts
  • Injection Molded Parts

We custom make injection molded parts as per samples or 3D drawings. Injection molded parts can vary greatly in size and therefore require different injection molding machines with different ranges of Tonnages. We do with many types of different materials, such as: ABS, PP, POM, Nylon, PC, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, Rubber, Silicone, etc. Usually, colorants may be added in the process to control the color of the final part. There are also many possible defects we should take into account before or during the processing. Flash, Warping, Bubbles, Sink marks, Ejector marks, parting lines, shrinkage, etc. So it requires us to follow the basic design rules like wall thickness uniform, round corners, radius, mold draft angle applied, no undercuts, etc.

  • Hot Runner Mould
  • Hot Runner Mould

Hot runner mould and cold runner mould are the two types of molding system. A hot runner system usually includes a heated manifold and a number of heated nozzles, which keeps the plastic in a molten state. As a result, in a hot runner molding system there are no runners. The runnerless molding helps to save raw material cost and reduce the cycle time. However, hot runner moulds are usually more complicated, more difficult to be maintained, and cost much more than cold runner moulds. In addition, for most of simple and small parts, there is no need to make a hot runner mold to add extra cost, especially when the quantity is not large, as most of plastic in the runner can still be recycled and reground.
