We custom make injection molded parts as per samples or 3D drawings. Injection molded parts can vary greatly in size and therefore require different injection molding machines with different ranges of Tonnages. We do with many types of different materials, such as: ABS, PP, POM, Nylon, PC, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, Rubber, Silicone, etc. Usually, colorants may be added in the process to control the color of the final part. There are also many possible defects we should take into account before or during the processing. Flash, Warping, Bubbles, Sink marks, Ejector marks, parting lines, shrinkage, etc. So it requires us to follow the basic design rules like wall thickness uniform, round corners, radius, mold draft angle applied, no undercuts, etc.
